3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath NEW Townhome just steps away from the beach and situated in one of the newest communities in Emerald Isle! This family friendly condo provides a modern retreat while still remaining located in the heart of Emerald Isle.
Thanks to the flipped layout, cook a meal while enjoying the best view of the ocean at the Emerald Coast. The kitchen is situated on the upper floor with modern appliances, stone countertops, Keurig coffee machine, and a grand view of the ocean. Then enjoy your meal on the front deck to enjoy the sounds of the ocean or the back deck to enjoy a more private experience overlooking the courtyard and pool.
Just steps away is the beach with public bathrooms and sand volleyball courts as well as showers to rinse off. After a fun day at the beach, entertain your family in the private pool or playing games in the large private courtyard. Later, lounge on the sectional watching a movie on the large flat screen tv or playing one of the many toys and games provided.
If you are not in the mood to cook, take advantage of the pizza shop below or many walkable restaurants. If you are in the mood for seafood, it is a short walk to Gaffer's or less than a 5 minute drive to Emerald Plantation which includes multiple grocery stores, restaurants and local shops.
At the end of the day, relax in one of the modern bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes a King bed, television and ensuite with tiled shower and double vanity. Spend your last minutes of the day enjoying the private deck that connects directly off this suite. Enjoy the ocean view from the guest bedroom with a Queen bed and flat screen television. Kids can enjoy the third bedroom with Twin bunkbeds with the lower being close to the ground for the younger kids. The guest and third bedroom share another tiled bathroom with full bath and shower.

Property was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed and my son had tons of toys to play with. The baby gate on the stairs was perfect.

Ein sehr schönes Haus. Die Einrichtung ist super. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Die Küche ist sehr groß, die Ausstattung sehr gut. Für Kinder sehr viel Spielzeug vorhanden. Die Lage ist auch top, 3 Min zu Fuß zum Strand und einen Pool direkt vor der Haustüre. Sehr zu empfehlen
