"Nice newly renovated rooms, large with kitchen. Only complaint was we could hear the room above us pretty well. Not on the motel as much so still 5 stars but worth noting."

"We arrived on a Saturday and the pool was closed. Upon arriving for check-in around 4:30 we were told our room wasn’t ready. Check-in is at 4. Shortly after, a manger arrived and gave us a different room that was ready. The location is great if the beach is your goal, really beautiful and not far from Nubble Lighthouse; 2 miles to downtown. There is no elevator so keep that in mind for travelers who need one."

"Let's start with how amazing the staff is. Everyone is so friendly and personable. Any requests are promptly addressed. The property is is great. The ocean views were amazing. A few negatives, The bathroom was incredibly small. Pillows were lumpy and mattress was just ok. As a whole we enjoyed our stay."

"Our stay was absolutely incredible. We hosted a retreat for grieving mothers, with 15 moms plus a few staff members, and this home could not have been more perfect for our group. The house was incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to gather comfortably while also offering peaceful spaces to step away and reflect.Lance was hugely attentive throughout the entire stay and made everything so easy for us. The home was beautifully equipped, exceptionally clean, and had more than enough bedrooms and space for our large group.Many of the women especially loved sitting together on the front porch, and we also enjoyed time around the fire pit one evening. The location was amazing — just a short walk to a small beach where we watched the sunrise, and only a couple minutes from Long Sands Beach. We also loved getting to visit Nubble Lighthouse while we were there.This is truly a must-stay home — absolutely beautiful, peaceful, spacious, and perfect for gathering together. We left feeling incredibly grateful for our experience here."

"The house was fabulous for our annual girls weekend with our family. We ranged from 45 to 75 years old and the accommodations were perfect. Lance was able to answer any questions we had quickly. I would highly recommend this location and house. "
