"The Funky Flat was the PERFECT stay for us! We were in town for my daughter’s college graduation and it was my husband and I along with my teenage son. The property is just as pictured and described. It’s very well appointed, very clean, comfortable beds, and the location is literally steps from the square. We walked to the Yellow Dog bar just a short walk to enjoy evening cocktails and great entertainment! D20 across the square on Oak was an awesome place to go in and play board games - they have a TON to choose from! Melinda, our host, was so attentive and the entire stay went off without a hitch. Followed the instructions for parking and no issues whatsoever. The stairs at the entrance are steep, so just consider that if you have anyone in your party that might have an issue. I highly recommend this property and will book again if I’m visiting Denton! "

"While other places I’ve rented can seem like quick flips to turn into rentals and have cheap furniture or fixtures, this place really felt like staying at home. It was cozy and had lots of space for my family of 6 adults. It was about a 15 minute walk to the square and we appreciated the convenience of the location without being to close to those busier/noisier areas. "
