"A clean hotel but old and could use some updating to their rooms."

"The staff was friendly and attentive, breakfast menu was good. Overall cleanliness of the facility was good. A couple of things that need improvement: there were two ice maker machines and neither one was working, the complimentary coffee machine at the lobby wasn’t working. Of the abode two issues, the staff was fully aware and during our three nights staying, neither one was solved."

"Room was spacious and looked fairly new. Room design was very well thought out. Breakfast room staff, Mickey, was the most helpful and friendly. Heard many comments from other guests about how great he was."

"We usually stay in more expensive hotels but circumstances brought us here and I must say I enjoyed the experience. It is spotlessly clean. Parking is easy, it feels safe, well located. Free breakfast , ours had a kitchen, well stocked with plates etc. it’s kind of a time capsule but clean and freshly painted. Friendly helpful staff. I would recommend it if circumstances have you looking for inexpensive hotels in Kelowna."
