Excellent Property and Service

I must have to give an excellent review for this property. Beautiful property. The best part about this property is their staff and service. Staff was so nice and helpful. Irrespective of the language difference they tried to serve best in our plate. My stay with my family was a memorable one. Silent beautiful, close to the nature. I love their dining area, having games, TV and high speed internet. My kids love trailing surrounded the area and playing games. That was really a hidden gem in Ensenada. Thanks to the staff for your much appreciated assistance. For sure I will plan to check-in again in this property to get a good refresh after tiring schedule.

Horsepower Ranch Ensenada was awful!!!

I booked the room with dinner and breakfast included. When I arrived they informed us that if we wanted dinner and breakfast it would cost an additional $60. This place is in a remote are with no restaurants nearby. They said that you (Hotels.com)made the mistake and were false advertising the rate on your website. I have booked countless rooms through Hotels.com in different countries and have never encountered any problems, this is totally on them. Frankly it seemed to me like they resented being on your website and definitely did not care about what we had in writing on our reservation. When you are in Mexico, late at night, in a remote location with no cel signal you have decide if dinner is worth the fight or your safety is at stake. We are not going back there for sure!
