Large windows supply an abundance of natural light. Work remotely, plan your day, or stream Netflix, You Tube, and other favorites through Fire TV and 300+ Mbps of Wi-fi. Play games in the family room in front of the fireplace, find your own special reading nook, or select a workspace using either of 2 desks, kitchen table, the bar, or one of two patio tables. The spacious, full kitchen and dining room provide great gathering and meal-prep spaces. For privacy, retreat to a beautiful bedroom. The master features its own direct access to the private backyard. Take advantage of the barbecue grill or the laundry room. For your comfort, one of the 2 desks has an electronic stand or sit feature.

Safety & security: The duplex is fully enclosed with an iron gate and traditional cinderblock walls. Neighbors are respectful and friendly. The house is equipped with smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, 1st aid kit, and has 2 paths of egress.

Sofa bed linens and the iron/ironing board are in the master bedroom closet. Beach towels are in the top bathroom drawer. For your convenience, you’ll find portable beach/camp chairs and cleaning supplies in the laundry room with the large-capacity washer and dryer.
