Could improve on cleanliness of common area, did t seem as our hallway was ever vacuumed hoben the same piece of tissue was on the floor during our entire stay. The staff was friendly and helpful; however, the hotel's key making machine did not work and we were never provided with room keys. Thus, we had to get some staff member to come and open our room door. There was no coffee maker in the room, thus requiring a trip to the lobby to get coffee. We were told it is a new policy for HI Express. The hotel room clock could not be set to the correct time as it was on a master system. Overall, not a good experience and we will no longer stay at HI Express unless it's the only lodging available.

A quiet and most pleasant overnight stay

We were traveling on our way to the Gulf Coast and stopped here overnight! We found a friendly staff, clean, well-appointed rooms with everything we needed, and a terrific, hot breakfast the next morning. We couldn't be more pleased with the night's stay. We will definitely stay here next time we're in the area. Thanks so much for a great experience!
