"Breakfast superb. Not only an excellent size choice of both hot and cold food - including cereals, fresh fruit, breads and cooked meats etc - but also a delicious menu if items which can be chosen and prepared fresh. Really first rate."

"The hotel is in a very convenient location 5 minutes walk from the old town. The street is very quiet. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of options for everyone. Three things didn't work for us: 1. Smell - cleaning staff must have sprayed some chemicals on the carpet or somewhere else and the smell was so strong that I had a headache. I asked at the reception and they told me it was done by cleaning crew. So the smell stayed as long as we did (and I am sure after our departure). 2. Air conditioning did not work in the room. It was warm, and we couldn't get it cooled. I even mentioned it to the reception staff and nothing changed. 3. No windows could be open, so we were stuck with warm and smelly room. The personnel was very friendly and attentive. "

"We had a fantastic 5-day stay at The Cyrus Hotel in Wroclaw. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed, with a really comfortable bed and a great shower that added a touch of luxury to our stay. The triple-glazed bedroom windows ensured a peaceful night’s sleep throughout. Breakfast was excellent, with a high-quality hot buffet and plenty of choice each morning. A special mention to Ali, the owner, who went out of his way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay—his personal touch made a real difference. Highly recommended."

"Clean room but for a price like I paid this is very basic. Not even a fridge nor a coffee bar. Coffee machine is at the main reception so you have to go down to get your coffee. Different but very inconvenient for the customer. Selections of food are ok. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room in general is not too bad . Very central to the old town ."

The hotel is in a great location, it’s very good for the price however, it is quite loud near the main road and the air con didn’t work so the room was very stuffy! But for the price it’s a fantastic location, it’s basic but would recommend staying if you’re not looking for anything too fancy! "
