"This was my second time staying at the Art Hotel which is located a few minutes away from the old town and is a good 4 star hotel. Basic, decent breakfast, items not regularly replenished but minimal food waste. Hotel itself is lovely. Beds are comfortable, good pillows. On my first stay I must have been in a room away from the front of the property or visited at a very quiet time. On my second stay we were facing the front of the hotel. The outside noise from traffic was ridiculous and meant we could not sleep. The windows were single glazed and upon asking for ear plugs the next night found we couldn't sleep yet again. Genuinely based on this experience I cannot recommend this hotel."

"The absolute best staff, comfortable room, & the perfect location. My only real complaint is the door into your room is extremely difficult to open. I struggled quite a bit getting into (& out of) my room. For that reason, I have difficulty recommending to others. Also, mini bar needs to be “pre-ordered” which defeats the entire purpose, & the hair dryer only works if you press on a button the entire time. All minor annoyances, but for a 5 star hotel I did expect better. "

"This was my return stay at this hotel, and once again it didn't change my opinion. The place is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The location is also a big plus - right next to the main square. Highly recommended."

"Fabulous position overlooking the park less than 10 minutes walk to the market square and 10 minutes from the 106 Bus Stop from the airport. Staff couldn't be more helpful. High ceilings, marble staircase, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and blackout curtains. Wonderful."

"Check-in/out very easy. Really convenient for Trams and buses. The main railway station is 15 minute walk. There is plenty of choice for bars and food just around the corner. Very clean room but needs updating."
