"The family room was large with air conditioning, very comfortable mattresses and bedding, plenty of good quality towels, shower gel and a body moisturiser in the bathroom and complimentary bottles of drinking water, tea and coffee (machine). The staff could not have been more helpful with our questions and requests. We were allowed to check in earlier (£20 fee). Their pizzas were really good. "This is a lovely hotel . Very nice room , comfortable and clean. Bathroom was excellent. The dinning area was very nice , food was excellent and the staff were so helpful. In the morning for breakfast the lady who served me even made sure my dog got his own sausage for breakfast . Lovely friendly feel about the place and perfect location to explore the town. Highly recommended."
