The house is ideally located in Ergué-Gabéric, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars (le cellier de l'Odet), the market, bakeries, mini-markets, chemists, etc.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use (empty the dishwasher, defrost the freezer, turn off the lights, take out the rubbish).
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. The owners' cat will remain in the vicinity of the property.
