I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Fairfield Verona during a concert event at Turning Stone Casino. My room was exceptionally clean and in very good conditional. I enjoyed and appreciated the customer service I received when I arrived and when I left.

Beautiful property, felt like home. The breakfast was delicious! They even surprised us with cake for our wedding anniversary. The towels and sheets smelt amazing!

I booked this place for my husband and a friend who were going salmon fishing, and both of them couldn't stop talking about how great the place was. It was clean, it was modern, and the rooms were spacious. The towels were high quality and "amazing" and the service was fantastic. My husband met the owner(s), and said they were as great as the place. A true gem we were lucky to find, and one we will definitely be visiting again soon.

On my check in, the receptionist was super friendly. I was so tired from 4hrs driving as he was so kind and sincere to me. The room was clean and comfortable.

I love the Hotel Utica! From the wonderful, exceptional staff to the beautiful lobby, to the wonderful views of the city from the windows. The staff there is so helpful and friendly, everyone takes pride in working there. The lady who cooks the buffet breakfast makes different things every day. We came when the hotel had been open only 13 days. Everything is brand new. They are working out minor kinks but the staff was very nice and working hard to make everything perfect.

The room and bathroom were spotless and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. Keurig provided in room and 24 hr hot coffee/tea bar in the lobby, which was also super clean. Did not wake up in time for breakfast so unsure what is served but it is included. All the staff were so nice and welcoming - especially the night desk attendant!
