Beautiful house, Close to everything!

This house has a great location, its 5 mins walk from Erie Rec Center (Pay per use) that offers all kinds of sporting facilities, including indoor pool, Hot tub, Rock climbing, Gym, the Anythink Library. It's also close to Erie Midtown where there are many community activities such as farmer's markets, fireworks etc. Everything one can think of is within 5 minutes.

In terms of accessibility its about 35 mins drive from the Denver International Airport, 40 mins away from Downtown Denver, 20 mins or approx 10 miles away from Boulder and Longmont, about an hour away from Estes Park/Rockymountain National Park. About 30-40 mins from Loveland Ski areas where you can go snowboarding or snow tubing.

Please note there is a 350$ pet fee per stay per pet if you are bring a pet with you. Please reach out to us and let us know if you will be bringing a pet.

What you get:

1st Floor : Has a bedroom and a full bathroom, formal dining room, Open concept Living room with High Vaulted ceilings and Kitchen. There is huge island with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances such as fridge, dishwasher and Gas stove. There is also an over sized 2 car garage, with epoxy coated floors. The house has a huge Patio and deck with some patio furniture.

2nd floor: Has a huge Masterbedroom with 5 piece bath, a loft area for kids to play and two additional bedrooms. The laundry room with washer and dryer is also upstairs.

Please note, the owners prefer no pets, however if someone absolutely needs to bring their pet, there will be a pet fees. Pet owners must pick up pet droppings from the yard

Basement is not accessible to the guest, but don't worry the whole house is yours, we just don't want any one other than our staff. Thermostats ranges are locked at minimum of 72 during summer and maximum of 71F during winters to protect catastrophic damage to the HVAC system. If you want thermostat unlocked there will be additional utility charge fee. We hope this is clearly understood.

We provide unique key code few days before arrival.

If you are visiting Denver area from out of town, this house can be a your own comfortable base for all kinds of activities or get-togethers with family and friends.

Convenient for our family of 4

Spacious and comfortable, this was ideal for our family since each kiddo had his and her own room. It was also very convenient being just half a mile from downtown Erie, which had plenty of coffee, shops and restaurants.

Perfect for a family!

The common areas were spacious & clean. A large well stocked kitchen made it easy to feed our group of 11. Loved the location next to a fabulous rec center and across the street from a coffee shop.

Ladies Weekend Getaway

Great weekend meeting spot for our group of good friends.We enjoyed the close proximity to downtown, as we were able to walk to the restaurants we wanted to try. We also enjoyed the Colorado Bike Rail Adventure while there. The home was clean, spacious and accommodating.

Family wedding weekend

This was our second stay here and it was just as nice as we remember. The kitchen is fully stocked for actually cooking meals. The house is well furnished and immaculate and the hosts are very helpful and responsive.

Family R&R

Had family arrive from Texas and Utah for first gathering in our new State (Colorado). Our family enjoyed our stay as the house was clean, comfortable and large enough for our group. A park and restaurants are within walking distance and we played games both inside and outdoors during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Eriely great!

This property is a fantastic place to stay for a larger group. The property is well cared for. It is roomy and the introverted members will love the ability to have alone time. The east facing patio is a plus to sit and relax and have your morning coffee or tea. A great coffee house is just across the street. We found the access to charging stations that were close a plus and the local park and community center is also a plus.

Perfect Fit

We all loved this location. Our reason for visiting over the holidays was only 10 minutes away. The little downtown is easily within walking distance.The house has an excellent setup for our group of 8 with our party being able to spread out for privacy. Laundry room was well prepped as was the kitchen. We had plenty of bath towels and bathroom space.Everyone enjoyed it! Including the resident rabbits in the yard.

Great House!!!

House was everything advertised ... spacious and well appointed. We loved the coffee shop and restaurants within walking distance. We also enjoyed the beautiful sunsets over the mountains, in addition to the prairie dogs antics in the empty lot behind the house!!! The house has two perfect game/puzzle tables ... but no games! So our request for future visits would be a that games, puzzles, and playing cards/poker chips be available.
