"Cute place! It’s a basement apartment with all you need to enjoy your stay. The bed is comfortable, tv works, we even had some complementary coffee. It is a simple place, but our plans were to be out and about for our stay, so it was perfect."

"A group of friends and I were on a spring break trip out west and stayed in this amazing house. Everything was renovated and very nice and cleanly. The house had lots of rooms and beds to sleep everyone and had a bunch of cool retro game machines. The kitchen was very open and had lots of space for multiple people to use at the same time. The backyard has a nice deck and yard to utilize as well. The owner was very quick to respond when I had questions for him and was very willing and helpful....

"As a family of 4 we enjoyed this cute and quaint little house. Loved the neighborhood and the other fun and beautiful houses around it. Super close to downtown. Awesome Bacon house restaurant that we went to for breakfast just one black away and amazing sushi a few blocks down. For the house being old, it has been renovated with a cute modern feel. "Rented the property so we had a place to stay while visiting my sister. It was clean cozy and close to downtown. They were able to accommodate our early check in with ease even though it was made last minute! Good open communication very friendly/welcoming. The property was perfect for what we needed. we wish we were able to use the fire pit and hot tub but due to the Denver weather it snowed quite a bit but it was a beautiful space."

"Very easy to check in and out. The house conveniently locates near shopping center, but in the quiet neighborhood. It takes less than 1.5 hours to visit Rocky Mountain National Park in the North and Colorado Springs in the South. Chris' house is clean and have everything we need for the short stay. Thank you"

"House was clean, well stocked with linens, kitchen and bathroom necessities. Perfect for three couples traveling together. Nice common areas to cook, eat and hang out, but nice to have three separate bedroom/bathroom “wings” for some privacy when needed. Only issues were the dryer not working (and no sign telling us so) and the kitchen table extremely unstable. Easy fixes that would have made my review 5 stars!"
