Perfect place to stay if going to National Jewish hospital. Room was clean, breakfast was good and they served snacks with free drinks in the evening. I will definitely return.

My other review somehow got posted before I finished, and I can't find a way to edit it. So I'm posting it here for this stay as well and adding more. The staff was primarily excellent, helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. I haven't traveled for a while, so it was weird not having a phone in the room and no info on the hotel in the room such as a room service menu, etc. I'm guessing that's the norm now. Booked this hotel since very close to Union Station, easy access to/from airport using train & shuttle to Red Rocks. Great value, lots of amenities- free coffee bar, ice cream bar, car service for 2 mile radius. Hotel was nice, room, comfy bed, bathroom.

We have stayed at this hotel many times through the years. We had not been there in 3 years and the remodel is outstanding!! They still have one of the best continental breakfast with tons of variety. But the best part is the balcony views of RMNP from their third floor rooms. Highly recommended when making reservations. Ask for third floor balcony rooms that face RMNP.

Very impressed with Elijah’s knowledge and willingness to help. He was very informative throughout my stay and provided insightful information regarding map directions, where to locate the national parks, and informed me that I needed to make a reservation before entering the Rocky Mountains—which I had no idea about. Upon first checking in, he was quick to welcome me and his eagerness to fulfill my questions made this experience comfortable. Overall, very satisfied!

Wonderful property! Michael at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Cute warm pool with hot tub was great. Lot of dining options!

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. I was upgraded to a King suite before and after my ski trip. The room was big and warm. My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful mother/daughter trip. This is my "go to" hotel each time I visit her because of the close proximity to restaurants and local stores to stock up on food and necessities. It is an hour away from our favorite ski resort, Keystone. I will be back!

This is our first time here while visiting family. Very nice stay for a week. The breakfast was good, I suggest they cook the powdered eggs longer, so that they are not wet. My only complaint is the exterior door entry card readers are a magnetic strip type, not a TAP type. these exterior doors were almost IMPOSSIBLE to get them to read the card. Several other patrons had the same issue. My suggestion is to upgrade their system so that the exterior doors go TAP or change everything to TAP. I...
