"Only issue i can complain about was a furnace that didnt work well on heat. 3 attempts to fix and doesnt seem like their engineers/maintenance know what they are doing. "

"The gentleman at the front desk last night (May 5th) was great. I came to him after realizing there were bed bugs in the room (223) with some of them in a coffee cup for proof. I was planning on going to my car to sleep for the night but he was confident that a new room would NOT be the same. I stayed but had to write a review to warn other guests in the future. "
