It was a brand new hotel which was nice. Not so nice was the dog barking for two nights next door. Don't you have a policy that requires dog owners to keep their pets quiet while others are sleeping? They should have to sign a contract before you give them a room key.

We were greeted by the hotel staff with a smile explained the operations of the hotel and told us where our room was. Upon our arrival at the room we were amazed at the size and the general apperarance. The cost of the room was a good one considering the amenities.

We came to Longmont from Portland, Oregon, for a class and chose the Niwot Inn from the options we found online. Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. Only issue was when I got a receipt at the hotel. Was 100 cheaper then what I paid for on Expedia. Talked to customer service and they told me it was due to rates changing. Would definitely recommend hotel but booking on your self and not on Expedia

This is a nice clean place to stay. The gym has nice new equipment and the staff was all very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning process for COVID prevention is outstanding. The rooms were extra large and had more unused space than most hotel rooms! The bathroom was spotless. The room was very quiet and the bed was way above average. Only spent one night so can’t comment on location to restaurants and other services. Easy access off a main road.

The room was great for this price. Big, with everything you need. Modern furnishings. Good breakfast. AND THE ROOM KEY WORKED EVERY TIME, first time!

A good place stay with the family.
