"Car was broken into, window smashed in and thousands of dollars worth of items were stolen as we had traveled there for a wedding and wedding items were in the vehicle. When going to the desk after the incident occurred we were given a card to file a police report online and told only the manager has access to cameras so we are unable to review footage of all the items that were stolen. Very disappointed in the help we received. We booked a nicer hotel anticipating a safer stay but clearly did not occur."
