"The property is very good. I was surprised that the parking was not free. I have never encountered a property so situated that charges for parking. Also, my credit card was first billed for above the reserved amount and the adder for incidentials. Also later a second charge was made that even the staff did not understand. The staff was helpful in rosolving both these issues and I paid"

"Paid almost $200 for one night and the ceiling was peeling, AC didn’t work, one of the beds was the most rock solid “mattress” i’ve ever attempted to sleep on. We were in a ground floor room and you could hear every single step the people made above us, including when they woke up at 4am to go hiking. This is a glorified motel and I personally would spend money elsewhere next time."

The Westin Westminster

"We have stayed at this Westin many times but certain things changed during this stay. We always had free wifi but now, unless you’re a Marriott Member and made your reservation directly with Marriot or on line with Marriot, you will pay $12.95 - $16.95 per day for wifi. Self parking was free prior to Memorial Day weekend and now it is $15.00 / nt. For these reasons, we will probably no longer utilize this property."

2/10 Terrible

"This is one of the worst Comfort Suites I have ever stayed at. The guest services was horrible and rude, management team not respectful and definitely not professional. I stayed here for 5 days and I was constantly had noise issues, from people blaring there tv so loud you couldn’t get any sleep or they would talk I and scream really loud, you had people constantly slamming doors and this was up to 2am. When I made several complaints about the noise and being disturbed a hotel front desk employee knocked on my door and kicked me out, she said I was the issue and doesn’t hear the tv, I said your in the hallway and you can’t hear the tv blaring, her reply was it’s 2pm it’s allowed. Then I reported this to the GM and he blame me for all the issues and gave me a $9 refund, Breakfast not fresh, area not safe, go somewhere else."
