"This condo is perfect for a small family, location could not be better. It's a smaller complex and it is quiet and feels private. Parking is easy, walkable to all shops/restaurants and CU Boulder. The condo was clean, owner's communication was easy and reliable. Beds comfortable. The lights, toilet and blinds are all on a "smart" system which can take a bit to figure out--but any issues and you context or email the host!"

Our host Nathan was very responsive. Perfect for a family or hanging out with friends. Short drive to incredible hikes in RMNP. We loved it!"
