Right next to the holiday park, you'll find the expansive Ermelosche Heide and the ancient Sprielderbos, known for its "dancing trees." Just a short distance from the park is the charming Landgoed Staverden, which was officially declared the smallest city in the Benelux in 2012. Some even claim it could be the smallest city in the world, with only 52 residents. Here, you can take a peaceful walk through the woods and stop by the Brasserie, where you can enjoy a drink and snack while taking in the scenic views of the castle and its gardens.
The area also boasts three amusement parks within a 20 km radius. The closest is Dolfinarium in Harderwijk (12 km), a must-visit experience for many. Just under 20 km away, you can explore Koningin Julianatoren, an amusement park with over 60 thrilling rides, spectacular shows, and large events – perfect for an unforgettable day out.
