"I have to compliment the efficiency and attentiveness of the airport shuttle. The staff were totally amazing. Overall, this is an very good property and offers very good value. There are some areas that could use a bit of PIP... like... lobby seating could get an update, and the breakfast could be extended another 15-30 minutes on days when there are so many guests in-house, but not much else can be said. Breakfast is wonderful, by the way. The property conducts housekeeping every 3 days - which is good (there really is not really to do room cleaning daily). However, there should be a way to be sure that the room cleaners service the guestrooms every 3 days (I stayed 5, but not until the 4th day did someone do a bit of tidying on my room, and only after I asked a room cleaner). The room inspector should automatically track how long a room is occupied and assign someone to do a little clean-up on the 3rd day. The location close to O'Hare makes this a very convenient place to stay, plus it is just far enough from the runways so that it relatively isolated from almost all of the airport noise. If I have to stay near the airport, I would surely consider this property again."
