"Nice hotel, we booked 2 rooms one for 2 adults and one for rest of the family, but standard rooms are not ideal for 2 adults and a child. All staff except the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, sadly each of the receptionists that we encountered had a strange attitude towards customers requesting support. Food very good and a great variety, pool area and bar teams were great with families."

"It's worth mentioning that this is an all inclusive hotel. If you book for one night B&B you may find that your only option for dinner is the all inclusive buffet which is fine if you want a big meal, but not very economic if you just want a simple one plate meal."

"We booked a 3 bedroom apartment and were very surprised with the size, perfect for my group of 7 people. Even the sofa bed in the living room was out of the way and we had plenty of space. The balcony was big and birds would come all day searching for food. The staff was very nice, nothing to complain about. We will definitely go back,"

We were slightly out of season so not all the beach bars and restaurants were open but we could see they were getting ready to open in the next few days. We still found some lovely restaurants and didn’t have a bad meal. Lunch at the pool bar was also excellent. We also booked spa time and a massage which was just what we needed! "The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Seems ideal for families with easy pool access. Note the walls are quite thin so you can easily hear your neighbors. Clouds foiled our sunset mission but this hotel is in an ideal location for sunset. Easy walk to super market with enough general food items."

"We had a good week at the hotel, especially due to the perfect location near to the lovely beach with a very nice walk over the dunes. Due to the travel time of mid October it was very calm and quiet. We also need to make a compliment to the staff which was gentle and nice all over the time without any exception. Room for improvements is the cleanliness in a very sandy enironment. Room service was only every second day and even though we swept up the dirt ourselves, the pile was not removed by the staff later on, because they didn´r recognice. We also had problems with the toilet flush which needed a lot time to refill (en issue with 4 people in a room). The buffet was complient for childs, which enjoyed it every day. For the adults it was a long week with a lot of repetitions and with average quality. Of course you can´t consider someting special in a 3 star hotel, but it could have been better. All in all we had a good time and the children didn´t care about the weak points mentioned above. "
