"We didn't receive an email about check in instructions as the booking information said i would. We phoned them and advised we wouldn't need the sofa bed made but it was made anyway. Check in was at the hotel round the corner and was so slow it took probably 20 mins. The bath was designed so that having a shower floods the room as the bath tub was not flush against the wall. There were light switches that don't work. The aircon vent was dripping onto the floor by the front door and the stain...

"The location was terrific. The staff, when on site were very friendly. No issues with getting the key from the lock box, nor with the code to enter the door.
There was a bad smell in our room. It smelled a bit like sewage and was pretty off putting.
Other than that, great stay!"
