Escape to our charming 3-bed designer cottage in the peaceful West End of Esher. Enjoy a spacious garden, calm interiors, and a bright lounge perfect for relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the garden, and upstairs you'll find two king bedrooms and a cosy single room. Family bathroom. Perfect English cottage. Walk to Garsons Farm and local pubs, or reach Sandown Racecourse and Esher Village in minutes. You are all welcome for a perfect well managed stay, choose our Cottage

Tucked away behind a private wall, our charming cottage offers a peaceful retreat with a spacious garden, plenty of seating, and an outdoor dining area - perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals outside.

Curl up with a book or recharge in our peaceful surroundings.

Inside, calm white walls, tasteful décor, and beautiful artwork create a bright, inviting space while keeping the cottage’s unique character.

The lounge is cosy and airy, with comfortable sofas and space for up to 5 guests- ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a dining area with garden views and includes everything you need to cook and entertain: coffee machine, microwave, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, stovetop, and oven. Dining table for 5 guests.

Upstairs are three bedrooms:

- Two rooms with king-size beds, wardrobes, and chests of drawers.

- One single room with a wardrobe - perfect for one guest.

The family bathroom has a bathtub with an electric overhead shower.
Please note there is one bathroom.

You’ll share the large garden and parking area with only one other cottage, but all indoor spaces and your immediate outdoor area are entirely yours to enjoy. You have an outdoor dining table for 6 outside your cottage.

Set on a picturesque English estate, the cottage is within walking distance of Garsons Farm and the Prince of Wales Pub, and just a 2-minute drive or Uber to Sandown Racecourse and Esher Village.

Longer stays are welcome - please do enquire with Pass The Keys North Surrey.

Guests have full access to the entire home and share the big, gorgeous walled garden with the one other cottage. The garden is big enough to share and find a lovely place to relax or dine outside.

There is an outside dining table outside each cottage so you have your own dining space for 6 people. No smoking inside or outside the property as the garden is shared with one other cottage.

Your are welcome to book the other cottage for family / friends gatherings. If you’d like to explore other options, just get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help you find the perfect fit for your group.

My property management team will be available 24/7 via email or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need. Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.’

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Relaxing stay in a gorgeous cottage

Designer Cottage is stunning. It is beautifully decorated, clean and it feels like you have thought of everything. The welcome package was much appreciated as was leaving dishwasher and washing machine tablets! The view from the kitchen onto the vast garden and the massive green space beyond is stunning. All the seating options and the water feature are fun. We were close to many places including London that we wanted to visit, but it felt like being in the country.
