"Otelin konumu çok merkezi. Odunpazarı’nın hemen başında. Alan içerisinde pek çok restore edilmiş konak var. Ben Valide Sultan Konağı’nda kaldım. Yeni açıldığı için bazı ufak tefek eksikleri var. Örneğin odanın içinde sandalye veya koltuk yok, boy aynası yok. Fakat bence bunlar hiç önemli eksikler değil. Zamanla tamamlanır. Önemli olan otelin temizliği, personelin ilgisi. "Check on was haphazard, staff member constantly rang someone to help get check us in. Key didn’t work, again receptionist rang someone for support, she was still unable to sort so moved us to a different room. Second room smelt so strong of cigarettes so we had to refuse this room due to my husbands ill health and chest. Third room was adequate but not ideal. Would not recommend this hotel "
