EOS 2 is only a short walk away from the town centre and Esperance Foreshore. The large enclosed backyard makes for a perfect space for the kids to run around and enjoy the sunshine. This self-contained duplex property offers 3 bedrooms; with 2x queens and 1x single, 1 bathroom and a open plan dining, living and kitchen area.
