"We’ve just come back from a 4-night stay and had a really enjoyable break. I stayed with my daughter and our room was a great size, modern, with much-needed air con in the summer heat, and the bed was super comfortable. The shower is open to the rest of the room, but there’s a curtain provided to spare any embarrassment of being naked in front of your family 😂 It worked absolutely fine for us! The hotel staff were super lovely and helpful, even working in the heat of summer! A big shout out to Leidy, who worked at breakfast and the bar. She was so lovely and kind to both me and my daughter and really stood out during our stay. The hotel itself is modern, clean and only a quick 3–5 minute walk to the beach and waterfront, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. It’s around 10 minutes from the airport and about a 20-minute drive into Palma Old Town, so really convenient. The rooftop bar was a highlight for us, especially at sunset. We saw some of the most incredible skies and evenings up there. Definitely worth heading up with a drink as the sun goes down! There are two main pool areas. One side is quieter and seemed perfect for younger families, while the other is a little livelier with music. We enjoyed both. Breakfast had plenty of options and you can eat in either tower. There seemed to be a little more choice in the back tower, including a gluten-free section, but both did the job! For a quick 4-night trip to get some summer sun, it did the job!"

"The hotel was a perfect place to stay—clean and easy! The staff was of great help. Close to the beach, 5 mins walking. Well connected by public transport to the airport and old city. Unlike the other hotel, this hotel and BRUNCH are open up to 1.30 pm. Great help for people who don't want to wake up early for breakfast"

"We just returned from celebrating an anniversary trip at this property. While we did enjoy our stay I do believe it was overpriced for the accommodations. Upon arrival our hot tub was dirty (visible dirt ring) and had a good amount of sand settled on the bottom. They do not keep it covered during or between stays. The room is weathered and in need of a refresh, we're talking sagging drop ceiling in the bathroom, broken toilet seat, and leaking shower. And this is in the penthouse suite! We did the all inclusive, while the buffet was really good there are some weird stipulations around all inclusive. Not all restaurants are included, room service is not included and there are some downtimes where you will not be able to get food onsite without paying. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance though (highly recommend Burger Club). The spa is really nice (sauna, ice bath, indoor pool) although there was no availability for a couples massage trying to reserve a day in advance. May want to plan that ahead of arrival. Also the property has an app but it isn't super useful because every request you make still has to manually approved by a person, no automated booking confirmations. Also very slow staff response to chat. Would maybe stay again but would not pay for all the extra bells and whistles. Also we got a rental car. This place has no designated parking. Street parking is available but is a nightmare you really won't want to leave you're spot if you can get one!"

"Beautiful hotel!! Breakfast was amazing. Large variety. They even had a gentleman frying eggs! Unfortunately, I only stayed one night. Wish I could have stayed longer. Close to airport as well."

"We stayed at Tent Arenal with our family, including our children, during our trip to S'Arenal. I have to say that the service was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay truly enjoyable. They really went above and beyond, and we are very grateful for their hospitality. The only downside is that I don't think this hotel is particularly suitable for families with children. During the high season, there are many German and Dutch guests, and unfortunately some of them behave quite poorly. There was a lot of drinking, loud shouting, and noise late at night and again early in the morning, which was disturbing for families trying to sleep. Fortunately, the wonderful staff made our stay worthwhile despite this. One suggestion for improvement would be to enforce the no-smoking policy more strictly. Smoking is not allowed around the pool area, but some guests ignored the rule without being reminded, which affected the experience for others."
