- Casa de Roya is located two kilometers from Estepa (Seville), in what is called the Center of Andalusia, around an hour's drive by highway from Cordoba, Seville, Malaga and Granada. The house has three double bedrooms and one single bedroom, as well as a kitchen-dining room, with an indoor fireplace, dishwasher, household items, towels, sheets, air conditioning in the common areas, 32 'TV.
