This 105 m² apartment, ideal for up to 6 people, offers a bright and welcoming environment, surrounded by carefully maintained lush tropical gardens that provide freshness and tranquillity. The complex has free underground parking, 24/7 security with cameras and concierge service to ensure a safe and relaxing stay. 🛡️🚪
The interior of the apartment stands out for its modern and personalized design, with a spacious living-dining room that includes a sofa bed and light-colored furniture with touches of color, air conditioning and central heating.
