Beautiful Villa in Marbella/Estepona 600 m from the beach and 4 km from Puerto Banus. 250 m2 interior and 300 m2 of exterior garden with swimming pool and Chill out area, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet, master bedroom with bathroom en suite and independent private terrace. Large kitchen and wide open space towards the living room with piano and Bang & Olufsen sound and television system, possibility of closing the living room with a folding wall to create different environments, games room, parking for 2 cars outside.
There are air conditioning in the living room and kitchen, but not in the rooms (there are fans).
