This studio unit sleeps 1 or 2 adults in the loft upstairs and has a sofa bed located downstairs in the living room (privacy notice: no door in between). Two 3/4 baths for your convenience, in-room jetted tub and grills (outside). Condo has a full kitchen, large balcony with river view and a skylight. WiFi internet, DVD player and cable channels. No washer or dryer available for guest use, but there is a laundromat in town.

Very convenient location - walk across the bridge to restaurants, shopping and Estes Park festivals. Follow the creek on the relaxing river walk. This is a downtown location, if you are sensitive to car and people traffic, please look elsewhere.
