Wed definitely stay again! The location was great - like 5 minutes to the park entrance - and a beautiful little balcony overlooking a creek for peaceful mornings. Had everything we needed for a Basecamp for our RMNP adventures. They have a little bit of an annoying check in/out process where you have to go to the property management office like 10-15 minutes away for keys, but communication and directions were accurate and it didn't make or break our experience.
I really appreciated the prompt response from the folks when we had a small issue with keys! They folks were fabulous! We were able to resolve it quickly and we a tremendous rest of our stay. The studio was exactly as the listing was on VRBO. Would definitely stay here again!
Location great for NP.Beautiful area on river.Studio was sufficient for cooking/ sleeping/ bathroom.Except- very limited on towels. 3 towels for 6 nights stay. ?? Swim pool privileges??Screen door needs major fixing-I believe noted by prior renter as well.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in
Our stay was wonderful. After finally gaining access the apartment was unprepared for guest. We arrived after hours and followed the instructions to obtain the key at the office and the lock box would not recognize our code. The staff responded and gave a code for a key back at the apartment and then we discovered the apartment was dirty. We cleaned the floors, the pots and silverware which had food on them. We opened the door and discovered the screen was torn. Inspected the bedding and discovered bodily fluid stains. The shower head was not properly attached causing water to spray out of the shower. Towels had been improperly or not washed at allFound a place to wash the sheets and returned back to the apartment to go to bed. Next afternoon, returned back to the office to get keys and obtain new linens and towels which they provided. Told them about the incident but no response. Later sent video and told them I wanted to discuss after my trip.I cannot add photos because the pictures of the stains would not be family friendly. Send me another email to upload a video if you want evidence.Rest of the week was great.
