"Everyone was so nice & helpful. We ate Dinner at the indoor area by the pool and had a great time thanks to the staff. The manager Joseph was so nice and helpful. He recommended and let us taste some new wines that we have never had.. He was very knowledgeable and very nice and helpful with all of our questions..He took time out to show us how to get to certain bars & restaurants at the hotel. And our waiter Roger was very nice:) we met a lady named Amy and she was sweet and explained how to get around at the hotel. We are here for a wedding and it’s our first time to Europe. "The hotel is good but not the 9.6 advertised on hotels.com. Our sliding toilet door was missing so privacy was an issue. The electric curtains were not connected properly and the television was glitching. Staff were very nice and location was good. This is a 7 out of 10 for me. It felt a bit tired. "
