Your guests will have all the comforts of home with luxury sleeping arrangements, including 4 king beds, 2 queen beds and a twin bunk bed. Enjoy the outdoor balcony space when cooking on The XL Big Green Egg Grill and relaxing on the outdoor furniture, including a luxury bed swing.
    This 5-bedroom, 3-bath luxury home has spectacular views that can be seen throughout almost every room. Home is located steps away from the peaceful, calm waters of Table Rock Lake with the beautiful and colorful backdrop of the Ozark bluffs. Enjoy stargazing from the firepit, which includes seating for10.
    You will be mesmerized by the view and the incredible nature. It is common to see bald eagles soar in front of the bluffs, geese gather on the water’s edge and deer wander throughout the entire property.
    Family fun activities are abundant. Canoeing and kayaking on the lake and rivers, boating on Table Rock and Beaver Lake, renowned fly fishing on The White River, and sport fishing on either lake or many beautiful hiking/biking trails throughout Arkansas and Missouri. Located on Holiday Island, guests can enjoy community access to an 18-hole (in town) and 9-hole (on the island) golf course, pickle ball, tennis, basketball courts, and pool for a small fee. Holiday Island Marina is located 1.5 miles from the home and all watercraft rentals are available by calling to reserve. Parking for your boat is available with a gravel drive in front of the home.

Perfect Lakefront was indeed perfect! With so many rentals becoming simply investment properties, this place felt like a home. The kitchen contained everything, and then some, needed to prepare large meals. The views from the balcony are as described, prefect! We enjoyed watching the deer and geese in the backyard.made The provided firepit with its ample seating was an awesome way to spend the evenings as a family. The home is very clean and decorated to make you feel at home. The furniture and bedding were all comfortable and well appointed. We would definitely return and spend some more time fishing and just hanging out at this home.

Lakeside Living is the perfect place to stay in Eureka Springs. The home is modern, beautiful and stocked with all the essentials. All of the rooms are clean and the beds are super comfortable. The outside living spaces are very nice. The balcony has comfortable seating and was a great place to hang out. Deer came by to visit and we got to see bald eagles. The property owner is friendly and helpful. Excellent communication, Nicki responded quickly when I had questions. If you are planning a trip to Eureka, I highly recommend staying here.

This house was an amazingly clean house within walking distance of a very clean branch of water. The larger decks provide a wonderful relaxation area and game area for all ages. A wonderful outdoor bonfire area provides great relaxation also. Several golf courses are close by.

I have stayed in many VRBO’s. This home doesn’t compare with any of the places I’ve stayed at. The owners have truly made it a priority to stock it with anything that would ever be needed. Friends and I stayed here for a few nights to have a getaway. Everyone LOVED this house and went on and on about how nice it was. It was so clean and smelled fresh and new. There was plenty of space for all 9 adults to have room to never feel cramped. The ONLY thing was that the information for checking out was confusing. Was sent one thing by email but upon arrival there was a longer list in the kitchen. We ended up following both lists but it would have been nice if it was consistent. So if that’s our only problem (which was totally doable) I’d say it was a wonderful stay!!

Best Part of the Ozarks

This house is simply beautiful. The added bonuses were sitting on the porch, having coffee, listening to the birds, watching the deer eat, absorbing the beauty of the lake, the mountain and the crisp fresh air. I highly recommend this proprrty.

The weather did not cooperate with our Spring Break plans one bit, yet our stay was nothing short of perfect! The BEST of the BEST!

This property is no short of amazing. The attention to every little detail is absolutely extraordinary. There is nothing more than our family could have wanted in a vacation rental. Upon walking in, the house was identical to the photos (which is rare) the house smelled like a high end hotel. Every bedroom decorated beautifully, the mattresses were so comfortable you didn’t want to get out of bed. Everything from the pots and pans to the flashlights and Board games, it was picture perfect and made our Christmas as a family the most memorable yet. You will not be disappointed when booking this property, it was worth every penny and more! We can’t wait to take our family back to experience it again.

Perfect Family Reunion House!

We had the best time at this house. The location on the lake and all of the amenities in the house were perfect!! We have 3 adult children and their significant others. I'll met us at this house and we had the best reunion! The house layout and the location on the lake made it perfect! This was our third reunion together and agreed. This was the best one yet! We all agreed. We wanted to come back and do this again. We live in three states, so it was nice to all meet up and have family time! Highly recommend this house for your family gatherings!

Absolutely fabulous!!!!!

It was amazing and absolutely beautiful! We stayed there for a couple of days and we drove into Branson for three days. The drive was not bad at all. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We took the kids to the park one afternoon. I have never seen so many deer!! The kids loved watching for them in the late afternoon. The house was just perfect. Big enough that everyone had their own room, and that was great for the little kids. The balconies were the perfect place to sit and talk about our day and play games after some had gone to bed. Definitely will be back!!!!

This home was absolutely perfect with every thoughtful detail provided in a beautiful home that our family greatly enjoyed for the week. We had adults, children and grandchildren…we all enjoyed it! From morning coffee on the deck overlooking the river, cliffs with soaring eagles and tree line with grazing deer to evening fires with the whole family it was all lovely. We enjoyed a day on the lake with a rental from the local marina. Our grandkids fished, swam and played outside from morning until night. Every detail was covered from firewood, to every kitchen appliance you could need, to ample towels (including beach towels), indoor and outdoor games, portable crib for the baby and plentiful lawn chairs for enjoying time by the lake. We absolutely plan to come back again!

Family Reunion

Great house! Loved staying there. Big kitchen, two patios, right on the lake/river. We were able to rent a boat and beach it at the riverbank in front of the house. Two kayaks on site, fire pit, little stream. Marina is just 1.5 miles away. Property manager very responsive by text. The house is fully stocked. We never ran out of keurig pods, toilet paper, beach towels, all of the basics were stocked in the kitchen. There a just a couple of things I would mentions so that owners can improve/fix. The stairs are incredibly noisy and floors were clean of debris but really needed to have a good mop. The only inconvenience was that one of the bedrooms is only accessible through another bedroom. This would be okay for children but not for adults. If that is listed in the main listing it would be helpful. We had 11 adults.

The host was very welcoming, friendly by a very nice home with several amenities that there's no need to go anywhere. The house was spacious. There are things to do and outside of the house. Please beware the garage is not available.
