This is one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in. The rooms are a little dated, but that was about it. The breakfast was hot and delicious and again, the breakfast room was very clean. The gentleman in charge of the breakfast kept eveything refilled and tables wiped down. Overall a great, clean place to stay.

Good location easy transportation

Stayed for our anniversary. Hotel in good location with a trolley stop. Liked having breakfast buffet open a little later. Nice pool which was clean.

Memorable trip

This hotel is a gem in eureka springs , they offered high quality service , people were warm and welcoming . Breakfast items were freshly baked in house . My family loved this place , this place is blended with nature and the Victorian tea room provided a unique breakfast experiences .

Did not have a good stay.. air would not work , bed was uncomfortable.. mold in bathroom and spiderwebs In corners of room .. stains on bed sheets .. pictures look nothing like the property outside seating area was moldy .. paid for 2 nights and left after the first they would not refund money for the night that I didn't stay .. very unpleaesed

Very clean we always stay here everytime we come to eureka springs just a great hotel and very clean the trolley is nice because it comes right up to the hotel just buy your tickets from the front desk overall just very nice
