"It was a nice stay, but the reception greeting and the check-in process were quite amateurish. After making us wait for the room to be cleaned, they forgot to let us know when it was ready. If I hadn't gone and asked, I would have just kept waiting. When I pointed this out, it didn't even cross the staff member's mind to apologize, which was quite bizarre."

"I'm so glad I chose this hotel! It's only 17 minutes from the airport, and the directions to catch the transfer were super easy to follow. The gentleman at the check-in desk, Yousef, was incredibly helpful and professional. My room was spotless, and I loved that I could grab free coffee and tea at the lobby anytime. Overall, I had an amazing experience here and highly recommend it."

"It was not easy to find, the signage in the airport is not adequate. The room is great, the bed, sheets, towels, all good. Shower was moldy, otherwise very clean. Staff was helpful, allowed to adjust the hours of stay."
