"We paid extra for an upgrade which put us on the second floor - nice having an opening window and a "view" of messy property rears. Walking up the stairs at the end of a days sightseeing was a drag (not to mention baggage). The kitchen was adequate but minimal. Only place settings for two. Having soup and a desert meant washing bowls mid meal. The bathroom was tiny and narrow. Plus the shower controls did not functions properly. You could turn the water on but it was set for warm - if you attempted to attempted to make it hotter it went to scalding and stayed there - as we discovered on our first morning. The location was wonderful. Walked with our bags from St Pancras and then easy access to buses and tube stations."

"This hotel is very clean and the staff is super nice. We booked a room that didn't have a window and it was a lot smaller than we thought it would be. It was nice to sleep in complete darkness but hard to wake up when you didn't know if it was morning or not (but that is my own fault). We walked everywhere from our hotel. It is right next to the train station which is convenient. "

"Our primary goal in finding a hotel in London was one that was mid-level quality with mid-level pricing that was within easy walking distance to St Pancras station. Because we were only staying in London one night before taking the Eurostar the next morning, we weren't all that fussy. So Premier met the first two criteria, but had some quirky little issues that were bothersome. First, they only provided 2 towels: one body towel and a hand towel. No washcloths and no second body towel. Second, there were no tissues. There was no outlet in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable but a king size instead of queen would have been better. The room was quiet and the curtains did a good job at darkening the room. We did not eat breakfast there so we cannot make an evaluation of it. All in all, the Premier was a decent place to stay."

"Great location for sure and the modern minimalist lobby is very nice. Rooms are simple but nice and bed was comfy. However cleanliness wasn't up to par. We found receipts on the floor from the previous guests and there were cigaret butts on the tiny terrace and the sink could have used a little wash down as well. Which means either they didn't clean it between guests or did a rush job. Which is also disappointing given that we had to pay 40 pounds to check in early because we arrived at noon and check I. Wasn't until 3. We would've just left our bags and gone exploring but it was 15 pounds per item so with 3 suitcases it was cheaper to pay to check in early. It's like they rush to get the rooms ready in order to do the upcharge for early check in thing. Probably also why check out is 10am (or you can pay to get a later check out). Not cool Zedwell ...not cool."

"It was fine. The room was comfortable enough. Was incredibly slow check-in, and room service didn't arrive prior to 5 pm so we skipped I, which is fine just not expected. The good thing was the cafe next door, good coffee and food and nice staff. "
