"A very dark, gloomy hotel. The lighting throughout the hotel was terrible, the gym had a lot of equipment but was dark and outdated. No complementary coffee anywhere in the hotel is unacceptable at those rates. "

"Obviously i booked this place because of the specialty room but it ended up being so much better than that! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Tons of parking. The room was way bigger than i expected and it had one of those bigger deep tubs. It was actually more than we needed. What a great experience. We'll be back."

"Hotel was fine. Room was clean and everything as expected. That is, until we opened up the sofa bed (which is part of the reason why we booked the room) and found that no sheets etc had been provided. Looked all over the room, nothing. Called the guest service desk from the room phone line. No response. Tried to call the front desk. No answer. This was around 10pm on a Saturday evening. Tried calling at least 10 times for about 15min to both desks. Nothing. Also tried to call the hotel phone via cell phone. Nothing. Only voice mail I got to was saying it was after hours. Admittedly I didn’t physically go back down to the front desk to locate somebody. One would think somebody would answer a guest services phone. Not impressed. "

"The rooms are clean but the hotel is surrounded by a highway, also making it noisy for sleeping. I heard one desk staff give a great deal of information to a guest on check in. That way I learned where the elevator and gym were. However, the person who checked me in told me none of this—not the time breakfast started or where to find the Starbucks nearby. I came in after a marathon work day followed by an evening work event. It was very disappointing."

"The room was spotless and the staff was incredibly friendly. I especially appreciated the complimentary coffee in the lobby early in the morning. Note that breakfast is not included with the stay and requires an extra fee, likely because the bar area is open to the public.Regarding the breakfast: I loved the variety of egg dishes offered, but the bread quality could be improved and real butter should be provided. The coffee also needs an upgrade to a better roast. Finally, swapping the plastic coffee pitchers for stainless steel ones would definitely elevate the presentation and experience, and it is healthier. "
