Staff and room was very comfortable. Our first room could not grant viewing access, so they promptly moved us to a room that did. We also had to evacuate about 4:00 a. m. due to an unexplained fire alarm. Staff told us the same thing happened the previous night, so this new property needs to iron out some stuff. But, otherwise, nice hotel in a good and convenient area.

The staff have poor attitudes. Customer service is lacking - they seem bothered and unmotivated to help at the front desk. Breakfast was good and overall the hotel seems new and clean. Do as much online to avoid personal interaction with the front desk crew that look like they would rather be anywhere else than doing their jobs.
