Expedia did not properly notify the property that my reservation was changed to 2 nights. As a result i was locked out my room. There was no assistance from the front desk who told me I needed to resolve it with expedia. It took over an hour to get back into my room with my belongings.

The staff have poor attitudes. Customer service is lacking - they seem bothered and unmotivated to help at the front desk. Breakfast was good and overall the hotel seems new and clean. Do as much online to avoid personal interaction with the front desk crew that look like they would rather be anywhere else than doing their jobs.
