"The owner was quick to respond and easy to communicate with…offered flexibility with the checkout time (but we didn’t need it after all). The accommodations are spacious and comfortable. Do note, however, there are stairs required to access the accommodation. The use of garage parking is a plus. Our stay was notably very quiet! "

"The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, house is lovely and in a good, safe neighborhood. Maybe one more easy chair (or another small love seat) in the living area upstairs would allow for more seating as we enjoyed being upstairs so we were close to the kitchen. Easy to get to shopping and restaurants. For a house that sleeps 12, the kitchen needs to have more silverware and dishes (especially bowls for soup) that would cover that many people. Wash cloths and maybe a couple of extra towels in the bathrooms would be nice to have on hand. "
