"We had our family of 10 here for the weekend. The house has a lot of room for people to move around and hang out. It was really clean, we loved having the fire pit outside, and the game room was a real hit with the family! The only downside was the kitchen, while spacious with lots of counterop space, was set up very strange with subpar components. There was no salt & pepper, plastic wrap or baggies, and no plastic containers for leftovers. We would've loved to have had a platter or large stockpot to cook with. But I think this is a fairly new rental, so maybe there will be more to come?All said, we had an absolute blast this weekend, and I would recommend that if you're having a big group - just plan accordingly. "

"The owner was quick to respond and easy to communicate with…offered flexibility with the checkout time (but we didn’t need it after all). The accommodations are spacious and comfortable. Do note, however, there are stairs required to access the accommodation. The use of garage parking is a plus. Our stay was notably very quiet! "

"We had a group of six women. This rental needs mirrors in each room along with nightstands/dressers. Trying to get ready was very difficult for all of us with no mirrors.Also, it states that it’s walking distance to downtown this is true, kind of. You have to cross over highway seven no sidewalk to get to it. Being close to downtown would be more of a description than walking distance."

"Very cozy, welcoming place, right on the lake. Very attentive, helpful hosts. Beautiful view, available kayaks, paddleboards, and boat dock. Loved the blue decor!Hope to stay here again. Grateful for the hospitality!"

"Good property in walking distance from excelsior. House is older but has charm and some updates. Great that winter comes with snow service. Could have benefitted from more proactive information regarding check-in and check-out. "
