Injala House - Designer Masterpiece, Exeter

Welcome to Injala House. There are properties you stay at, and then there are properties that stay with you. Injala House is firmly the latter.



Arriving at Injala, the architecture says everything before you've even stepped inside. Bold, dark and unmistakably intentional, the home sits low and purposeful against the landscape, with a sweeping concrete driveway, manicured lawns and towering eucalyptus framing the view from every angle. It's the kind of arrival that sets the tone for everything that follows.



Inside, the design is just as considered. Two distinct living spaces give your group room to breathe and spread out. The main lounge is dramatic and warm, with a statement fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the countryside like a painting, the kind of room made for a glass of red and a long conversation that goes nowhere in particular. The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen and dining. A long timber table comfortably seats the whole group, while the kitchen is equipped for anyone who takes cooking seriously - quality Miele appliances, generous bench space and beautiful timber cabinetry that brings warmth to the clean, contemporary lines. Light oak floors run throughout, tying everything together effortlessly.

Beyond the living spaces, Injala has amenities that genuinely set it apart. Wind down in the private sauna after a day in the Highlands. Work it off the next morning in the dedicated home gym. And when evening comes, the stone fire pit in the gardens is exactly where you'll want to be - long nights, good conversation, and nothing but Southern Highlands sky above you. A covered pavilion provides additional outdoor entertaining space for the whole group with an outdoor kitchen for the warmer nights.



The home also features a washing machine, dedicated workspace with WiFi, multiple Smart TV and self check-in via key safe. Well-behaved small dogs are welcome with prior approval and a small additional fee.

ADDITIONAL RULES

*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.



*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is TWELVE people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to SIX people. No more than a maximum of EIGHTEEN people are allowed in the property at any given time.



*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.



*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the home, we could issue a $500 fine.



*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.



*Pets - We are a pet-friendly property. However we only allow pets weighing up to 10kg. We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form as there is a pet fee of $110 per stay to cover the cost of extra cleaning and disinfection. Please follow the rules below when bringing pets:

- Pets are not permitted on any furniture or beds.

- Pets must be on a leash at all times outdoors. There is a lot of protected wildlife in the are for everyone’s enjoyment, so this is for their safety and yours. Our property is also not fully fenced.



*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.



*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions

- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.

- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.

- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.

- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.



THINGS TO KNOW:



* Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.



* The home has 2 security cameras at the front gate, one looking at the gym. Rest assured, no cameras encroach on the privacy inside the home.
