Osprey Holiday Village Unit 113/2 Bedroom apartment in complex with a pool
This beautiful, air-conditioned 2-bedroom villa is only a stroll to the shops, restaurants and the Ningaloo Aquarium and Visitor Centre. After a day of soaking in the sights Exmouth has to offer, have a refreshing swim by the complex pool or unwind in the comfortable lounge area, enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV or connect to the Wi-Fi.
Downstairs:
Spacious open plan dining/living room
Kitchen equipped with a halogen cook top, a convection microwave and a large fridge.
Bedroom 1 with Queen bed and built-in robe.
Family bathroom with a washing machine.
Upstairs:
Bedroom 2 - an open style loft area with two Single beds and a built-in.
Outside:
Take delight in the beautiful weather and dine alfresco in the undercover patio area with a built-in barbeque or treat yourself to a gourmet dinner in one of the many outstanding restaurants in Exmouth.
Parking available for two cars OR a car and a boat (up to 7m)
Please note this is a conjoined unit and access is only available on the right-hand side.
Please note this property has a minimum night stay of 3 nights.
Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets.
Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am.
Minimum age for booking is 25 years and a security deposit is payable prior to check-in at the property.

This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. For more information on what to bring, please check the What to Bring section of our website.
This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.
Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.
Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.
