"The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was clean. Pool area is very nice. Definitely recommend taking the free theme park shuttle if you are going to Universal or Epic… however, not if you are going to Epcot! We were on the bus for an hour and a half before we made it to Disney, which was disappointing. But, not the hotel’s fault! Overall, a great stay and I will absolutely stay here again. "

"Was planning on staying for only one night then woke up an hour before checkout and decided we wanted to stay again. All staff was extremely friendly and managed to get us a new room on the same floor in barely an hour! They accommodated us so well and it was very clean. The king suite was absolutely amazing and the normal king was great as well. Tons of fun stuff to do super close by and overall it was an amazing stay. Thank you Hilton!"

"I enjoyed my stay immensely. A nice relaxing time. Wonderful pool area. The hot tub could have been a little larger, or perhaps a second one as they were very crowded, but that's a minor thing. I was put off by the bar prices. One expects inflated prices at a resort hotel, but when one shot of Bourbon costs when an entire bottle can be purchased for you're getting a little ridiculous. Nevertheless, it's a resort hotel, and I guess they're all like this in Orlando."
