I would have preferred a hot breakfast, which is typically expected when breakfast is included. If a hotel chooses to offer breakfast, it should be enjoyable and meet basic expectations. Otherwise, it may be better not to offer it at all."

On top of that, the cleaning was not done properly. I noticed hairs on the bathroom walls, which made it feel unhygienic. the clothing closet felt unusual, almost like it was built around an electrical unit, which was a bit odd. Another major inconvenience was the parking. The garage door system was frustrating because the room keys didn’t work. We later found out that you have to call the hotel each time to get in or out. The reception experience was also disappointing. They didn’t assist us until they saw an ID from the person who booked the room, which made things unnecessarily complicated. And at the middle of the night something fell off while we were sleeping "

"I reserved and paid for this room from Friday to Sunday. I notified the hotel that I was going to be arriving at the property at 7 am on Saturday since I had an overnight flight and needed the room to sleep and rest on Saturday morning. I called Friday before boarding to confirm… the staff was the most unprofessional, rude person who responded that since I was a no show my room may not be available at 7 am. And that I had to pay per hour for early check in. How is that possible if check out was supposed to be at 11 am on Sunday… Anyhow, reconsider booking a room in this place!! I’ve never encountered a hotel with staff who are not willing to assist the customer!!! "
