"Good value easy to come and go with a kettle and microwave in a small dining area plus huge number of places to eat out locally plus a few supermarkets and take aways.Some guests noisy 😑. C6 airport bus ( near central market) runs day and night 5 mins pedestrian walk from hotel 🙂"

"The hotel is close to the shops , a 10 minute walk to the harbour/breach , 20 minutes bus ride from the airport, plenty of food places and bars near that are fairly cheap, the hotel unfortunately doesn’t have a kettle in the room or serve evening meals but does have a breakfast bar at an cost of around €9 , the rooms are dated could do with an upgrade, the shower had no holder and the rooms did get cold at night with no heating , there’s also no bar , or vending machines to get drinks and snacks so this hotel is only good if you are staying for a few days "

"We arrived very early expecting to have to wait for check in time however our room was ready and we were happy we could go in straight away. The room wasn't huge but had all amenities. The shower cubicle could have been bigger, but the shower itself was powerful and hot. Loved our tiny balcony and would recommend to request one. Breakfast was a good start to the day. Only downside was that the roof terrace was closed and should have been mentioned on the website as this was what swayed us to book this particular hotel."

"Shops were near but weather attrocious"

"The customer service was exceptional. Upon being shown to my room (a deluxe city view), it was located directly opposite the lift, and as a light sleeper, I knew the noise would disturb me during the night. I returned to reception and the team immediately arranged a different room without any hesitation, which I really appreciated. The hotel is also perfectly located for sightseeing, with plenty of fantastic spots nearby for tapas and arroz. Bar Manero is an absolute must-try."

"The hotel was very clean and the rooms cleaned every day. The staff were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. We stayed in a port view suite and did not know the position of the hotel so we're disappointed that we couldn't see the port as there were buildings in front and we looked out at the casino. "
