"I cook when i travel so it was nice to have a well equiped kitchen. I love having a washing machine aswell. Everything worked well. Everything was well stocked and clean concerning the rooms and bathrooms. We didn't use it but they even had extra things like kids toothbrushes. Not sure of they were the ones who provided the Disney plus/Netflix but we used it. If not it definitely something all short term rentals should provide in my opinion. The only issue with service was when there was an issue with check in. Waited 15 min for a response and had to call vrbo. They gave me their number and I texted. Once in touch they were apologetic for the inconvenience and handled the issue as quickly as possible. I would stay here again. The neighborhood feels fairly safe but the other surrounding areas can get a bit sketchy. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay."

"I was happy until at 12:30 am I was awakened by loud music screaming from people below o windows. I called the front desk and asked for security and was told there is no security and then I said call the police. She said she called the police but no one showed up. This went on for over 30 minutes. I would never come back to this property. "

"We felt unsafe and left the next morning. If we had other options, we would have canceled as soon as we checked out our room. Smelled horrible, dingy, two access doors with cheap toggle locks, dirty comforters full of holes. Loud noises all night and unlit, unsafe patio our room. I can’t believe they qualify as a choice for hotels.com. I’ve asked for my money back, but have heard nothing from Hotels.com. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were super responsive and easy to communicate with, and the house worked perfectly for our family in a great location.We loved being able to walk to the art museum, grab pizza at Pizza Odyssey, and take some beautiful walks around Lake Morton (lots of swan photos!). Everything was just as advertised.Bonus: slow mornings with coffee and Sinatra on the record player were a nice touch.We’d definitely stay here again!"
