"The hotel was fine, but what made the real difference was the employees. Every single one was polite and friendly. Starting at the front desk at the moment of arrrival to the housekeeping staff that I encountered in the hallways. They all went out of their way to say hello, how are you, how is your day and have a nice day. There was not a single time I walked past the front desk, that I was not greeted with a hello and a smile and if headed out the door a 'have a nice day". I would advice you to make sure you always employ those type of people, it makes all the difference."

"The room was very dirty carpet was dirty the furniture was filthy it was unsanitized homeless running all over it was not fit for anyone and why they charged that much money I don't know you need to do a better service on looking into your hotels that you represent"

"This is one of my favorite homes to have stayed in. The host is super thoughtful and put the house together perfectly. We had everything we needed for our stay and plenty of other things in case we needed them which was awesome. If we are in the area again, we would stay here most definitely!"
