"Great location between Cha-Am and Hua Hin. Especially weekdays not to crowded and overall few western tourists. Very friendly staff and warm atmosphere.
Unfortunally hotel is close to be up to a refurbishment. E.g. shower head loose, furniture partially run-down.
Nonetheless, overall it‘s an absolute recommendation if you‘re looking for a nice and calm retreat close to the beach.

"Nice views and location. It was quite in the complex and had the pool to ourselves on most days. It was not too far away from town with cheap bolt rides. Overall Hau Hin was a quite town thus traffic while it has it’s peak times was not too bad. If you download the 7 ELEVEn app you can get deliveries to the door along with Grab orders. Some of the furniture and pillows were a bit past their best by date. Staff were friendly. There was contact leading up to our arrival and there was no doubt about hogs to get into the unit. Overall our stay was excellent."
"Great motel for relaxing rooms are good size and spacious very comfortable
As for things to do there is not much the beach well there is no beach just a break wall you have to wait until 530am to walk on the sand
There no beach bar or pool bar and the drinks are expensive for a beer or wine
So if you want to sit by the pool and relax this is the place
