"Most terrible one and wrong information at Hotels.com platform. Definitely will not stay again. The trust on Hotels.com is declined significantly. The way of handling by the Hotels.com isn’t impressive either. "

"The hotel is very nice and has great staff, the rooms are spacious and clean. I would give them a higher rating if the beds wouldn't be so rock hard, this is not for anyone that sleeps on the side. I wish they had the option to get a mattress topper for anyone not used to feeling like sleeping on the floor. (sort of) The breakfast area was wonderful, very nice choices and large buffet that was well stocked. Parking and Wifi are free and they are a short walk away from the U-Bahn. I would maybe stay again, but the 3 nights were quite torture to sleep. "

"Checking in at 4 pm and out by 10 am in the winter months when it is dark early is a challenge it would be nice to make it 3pm and 11 am. Also internet was slow and the shops were nit as close as it was implied the write up."
