"Hotel was very secure and rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious with a large choice of foods which were replenished frequently. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Near to Liffey Stores with Cinema and restaurants and handy for onward travel. Hotel was generally quiet except on Saturday night when party/music/voices went on until 3.30am. As there are also no temperature controls in room or air conditioning we had to keep window open as it was too warm. Staff had also left window open when preparing room which is fine but air conditioning would have meant we could close the window and dampen the sound. Would definitely use hotel again but very cautious about the noise. Was also charged extra parking fee on way out as we didn’t have time to go back in to query so we just had to pay it. "

"The food at the Fawn Restaurant in the Chancery Hotel was nothing special. It wasn’t the best amongst other restaurants in the Dublin area. The Executive King Room (with a king bed) we stayed in was small. The bed occupied most of the room space so it was quite difficult to maneuver the luggages in the room. The staff was accommodating with any amenities that were lacking in the room, including the request to empty the trash after the room was supposedly cleaned already. The staff made it right by ensuring the rest of our one week stay was pleasant. "

"Even though we arrived early, we were able to leave our suitcases in our room so we can go exploring (since the room was already ready). The only disappointing part was that there was no minifridge for us to keep anything. It would be nice considering how pricey it was at approx $400CAD a night. Everything else was great. It was walkable to most areas and central."
