"Room was large and very functional. Air-conditioning and heat were excellent. It was very good value for money. The breakfast was particularly outstanding and the woman working breakfast was terrific. The only negative about the room was the toilet height. It was the lowest toilet I’ve ever seen. Probably about 12 inches above the floor however it definitely not a deal killer and we will definitely stay here again. It’s outstanding value for money. Five stars or maybe 4 1/2 stars only because of the toilet height."

"The day staff was amazing! Engaging and welcoming. One of the entrances wouldn't register my card to let me in, the other didn't need a card, we just walked in. Having to exchange our towels to get fresh ones was not a comfortable experience. The fire alarm and evacuation at 5 am the day of our event was unavoidable but still disturbing."

"I stayed two nights for a volleyball tournament at University of Delaware. The hotel wasn’t fancy but was just fine. I only slept there no issues. I’m glad I didn’t pay the expensive cost for other hotels in the area. "

"Gross and disgusting room. First room smelled of weed and had a CBD cartridge in the drawer. The bedbug cover was torn and stained; underneath had small black specs. We were offered a second room which, upon entering smelled strongly of bleach and other cleaning supplies. I inspected the beds to which I found large, brownish, red stains and splotches all over the underskirt. We were offered a third room and declined, nauseated by what we saw. Asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t get one because the manager would not return for 3 days and I booked through a third party. I would rate my experience a 0/5. DO NOT STAY HERE! Expedia not responsive to my request of a refund. Not clean, staff helpful but couldn’t provide refund, Parking was near by."
