The casino isn't non-smoking, but has enough smoke-eaters that the smoke isn't disruptive unless you're sitting right next to a smoker. The diner is cute, with friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. On our return trip this time, the drop-off area for the hotel was being repaved. The luggage folks were very accommodating - coming out to where we would temporarily stop to unload...
"Disliked having to have card reentered to get to elevators while holding hot delivered food..why not have all cards good togo as long as visitor is compliant....please put directions on shower faucet it could turn scalding within seconds, not the time you want to be adjusting the temperature...ice machine out of order on 2 floor.. Ms Amber front end manager went up and beyond to help with room changes initiated by Ms Natalie..they both were exlemperry employees and acknowledging them is...
"This is an iconic hotel that is just gorgeous. We had dinner at the 1925 and the food was delicious. The Starbucks coffee shop is conveniently located just off the lobby and has lots of nice memorabilia showcasing the hotel's history. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable and firm. Would love to stay here again if we're in the Tulsa area."

"Margaret checked us in when we arrived. She is delightful! She made sure we had everything we needed when we got there. We had a wonderful breakfast at Prospect, would highly recommend. Quiet room, perfect for a great nights sleep while on our trip. "
